As a Community manager, your main tasks will be to:
– Manage and lead one or several communities for brands
– Watch, listen, analyse and report conversations on social networks
– Take part in the strategic and operational thinking regarding new digital operations.
You will be a key asset of our growing digital production department, developing web, mobile and live projects, and take part in creative sessions with creative teams.
You’ll contribute by hacking small prototypes using cutting-edge technologies, to developing full projects and pixel-perfect responsive designs.
Developing business with new and existing clients.
Discussing with clients their products, services and brief requirement.
Setting up meetings with clients and other agency staff.
Negotiating with clients concerning campaign details.
Handling budgets and managing campaign costs.
Writing reports, keeping records and financial details.
